Railway Psychometric Test Types 🚄

1️⃣ Embedded Figure Test

Purpose: To test visual perception, ability to spot details, and focus.

Task: You will be shown complex patterns, and you must find a specific simple figure hidden within them.

Skills Measured: Attention to detail, visual scanning, and mental focus.

2️⃣ Figure Association Test

Purpose: To assess intelligence and spatial reasoning.

Task: You’ll see different parts of a figure and must choose the correct combination that forms a complete figure.

Skills Measured: Analytical thinking, spatial visualization, and decision-making.

3️⃣ Memory Test

Purpose: To evaluate short-term memory and recall ability.

Task: You're shown a list of picture-number pairs or a railway route map for a few minutes. Later, questions are asked to recall the combinations or locations.

4️⃣ Observation Test

Purpose: To test your concentration and attention.

Task: You’ll see a set of visual data (symbols, letters, or numbers) and must identify the correct one among several distractors within a short time.

Skills Measured: Speed, accuracy, and attention to fine details.

5️⃣ Attitude/Personality Test

Purpose: To analyze your behavioral traits and personality aspects relevant to work situations.

Task: Multiple-choice questions based on real-life situations to understand your reactions and choices.
